Man-tailored shirt made for a woman

I haven't put the buttons on, or ironed this yet, but finished the sewing on it today. I am still considering button color, gold or clear.
Luckily, there's lots of time before we get to long sleeve weather... The chambray blue and tiny gold doves makes a nice fabric for this.

Unfortunately, I though the shoulders are right didn't measure everywhere before I made it, so it doesn't fit me. I will give it to someone who I hope will love it as much as I would have, should it have buttoned up...

Other Projects That are 'In hand'

Just because I'm not posting here, doesn't mean I'm not sewing. I have multiple Christmas presents going, and hope to have them all finished, in time! These are just two sets of the multiple projects I have set myself to finish!

The custom tailored shirts are going to be a long and difficult path to trod. The pin striped fabric from JoAnn's is set horizontally rather than vertically from the bolt, turning and refolding the correct direction leaves me with less than I need to finish these shirts...

There will be five of this project, in multiple sizes, when I am done!

I have three of these custom tailored shirts to finish, too.
